2. Quotes and Payments

• All quotes are provided in NZD and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• Final payment is due as specified in your agreement or invoice.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations and Changes

• If you wish to cancel or change a project, you must notify us in writing.
• Any work already completed will be billed.
• Significant changes to scope may require a revised quote.

4. Intellectual Property

• All original designs, drawings, concepts, and documentation created by Twill Interiors remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the design work for the intended project.

5. Third-Party Products and Services

Where we recommend or source third-party products (such as furniture, fittings, or materials), we are not responsible for their performance, warranties, or suitability.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in our work, Twill Interiors is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by suppliers, contractors, or circumstances beyond our control
• Decisions you make based on our recommendations that are outside the scope of our design role

7. Website Use

• Content on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice.
• Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
