Discover

Get in touch

Every project starts with a conversation. This is where we learn about you, your lifestyle and what you want from your space.

We’ll discuss the scope, your ideas, any challenges, and your budget so there’s clarity from day one. It’s our chance to listen well, ask the right questions and lay the foundation for a design process that feels thoughtful and collaborative.

Proposal

The paperwork

Once we understand your needs, we prepare an Investment Proposal tailored to your project. This sets out the scope, an outline of costs, and a glimpse of our design vision so you know exactly what to expect.

It’s a clear, transparent step that gives you confidence and sets us up to move forward together. When you’re happy, we formalise the agreement and get ready to bring your ideas to life.

Design

Our ideas, for you

This is where your ideas start to take shape. We present our design concept and initial ideas, all carefully crafted to reflect your lifestyle, needs and tastes.

You’ll see how the vision translates into real spaces, materials and details. We listen closely to your thoughts and feedback, making sure you feel heard and involved every step of the way.

Refinement

Tuning and tweaking

This is where we transform conceptual ideas into tangible realities by grounding creativity in materiality, that we carefully translate into design through thoughtful selections of textures, finishes, and forms. By sourcing and working with actual materials—whether timber, stone, textiles, or metal—we bring depth and authenticity to each concept, ensuring it moves beyond an abstract idea into something that can be built, touched, and lived in. This commitment to real-world materials allows us to bridge imagination with practicality, crafting spaces that are both inspiring and enduring.

Execution

Making it all happen

This is where the vision becomes reality. We translate the design into detailed schedules for trades and suppliers, ensuring every element is planned and clear.

We manage ordering, invoicing and coordination behind the scenes, so you can trust that everything is running smoothly. It’s all about bringing the concept to life with care, accuracy and minimal stress for you.

Completion

It's a wrap

The final stage is about delivering your finished space just as you imagined  and more. We handle any last details, final invoicing and, with your permission, capture photography or video to celebrate the project.

It’s a chance to reflect on the journey, make sure you’re completely happy, and step into a space ready to be lived in and loved.

Testimonial - Client Story

“It was an absolute godsend to have Jacqui & Alex on my team. They cut out hours of decision making and searching in shops”

The scale of decision making on a new build is a daunting task and especially for someone like me who is time poor and has no idea when it comes to interior design. So, it was an absolute godsend to have Jacqui & Alex on my team. They cut out hours of decision making and searching in shops. Simply presenting me with a few options, which I often had Alex make the final decision on anyway.

Alex's communication is excellent, and it was exciting to know how far away my new pieces were. She was always available to answer my questions and especially when it came down to the implementation of her design. Alex and Jacqui are extremely professional and helped transform our new house into a personal and aesthetically pleasing home for our family.
