The Process

The vision for this project was to create a home that felt distinctly different - one that embraced its coastal setting while delivering a sophisticated and highly considered approach to modern living. With quality craftsmanship at the heart of the build, our focus was on creating an interior that complemented the home’s striking architecture, celebrated natural materiality and brought a fresh sense of warmth and individuality to every space.

Early Design Workshops

The conceptual phase established the foundation for the home’s design direction. We explored the relationship between architecture, materiality, colour and form, developing a cohesive visual language that would carry throughout the interior. This early thinking allowed us to define the mood and character of the home before refining the individual spaces and details.

Material Selection

With such a strong architectural foundation, our role was to build an interior language that felt equally confident. Rather than following a singular style, we focused on the relationship between form, material and detail - layering natural finishes, tonal variation and moments of contrast to bring warmth and depth to the spaces. Each selection was considered as part of the wider picture, allowing the interior to feel cohesive while giving individual areas their own identity.

Bringing the Vision to Life

Bringing the vision to life was about ensuring every detail contributed to the bigger picture. From the material palette and bespoke finishes through to furniture, lighting and the final layers of styling, each element was carefully resolved to create a sense of cohesion throughout. Seeing these details come together transformed the original vision into a home that feels distinctive, refined and deeply considered - a true expression of modern coastal living.

The finer details were carefully resolved throughout the project, with close consideration given to how each material, finish and element would come together. Working alongside the wider project team, we refined every junction and finishing touch to ensure the design was executed with the same level of intention as it was conceived.

Finishing Touches

The final layer was a particularly special part of this project, with every finishing touch curated and completed by our team in-house. From furniture and soft furnishings through to styling, we had the privilege of seeing the vision through to its final detail. We’re incredibly grateful to have been entrusted with the home in its entirety, allowing us to create a finished interior that feels cohesive, personal and truly complete.
